Healthcare staffing provider AMN Healthcare Services Inc. (NYSE: AMN) acquired Connetics USA, an international nursing recruitment provider based in San Diego.

The direct-hire provider specializes in connecting international nurses with US-based hospitals, starting with assisting candidates through immigration and licensure processes to their arrival in the US. It serves clients across several segments, including hospitals, dialysis facilities and long-term care facilities.
