IT talent remains in demand and it’s on track for quick growth, but there are signs the tight labor market in IT may be loosening, Curtis Starkey, senior research analyst at Staffing Industry Analysts, wrote in SIA’s IT Staffing Report newsletter. And while there is no evidence yet of a strong drop in demand for IT staffing, a slow return to pre-Covid levels of demand is expected later this year or early next.
