2022 midterm election impact: No ‘groundbreaking’ labor, employment legislation but agenda won’t change (Littler)

November 16, 2022

The results of the 2022 US midterm elections are likely to block most labor and employment legislation, according to a blog post by law firm Littler that includes a forecast of what employers can expect from the 118th Congress and the administration regarding labor and employment policy.
