Digital staffing platform Job&Talent appointed Brian Neely as its chief sales officer in the US, charged with overseeing and expanding its sales team.

Neely was previously executive VP of sales at Palmetto, a clean energy marketplace. He also formerly served at Randstad USA in a senior VP position as well as at Snagajob, where he served as director of staffing services.

“We are delighted to welcome Brian Neely to the Job&Talent US team,” Diego de Haro Ruiz, US CEO at Job&Talent, said in a press release. “His extensive experience, strategic acumen, and proven track record of success make him a critical addition to our team.”

Neely cited Job&Talent’s tech platform as a reason for joining the company.

“In the US, our immediate focus is on expanding our team and recruiting top-notch talent nationwide to accelerate the adoption of our software solution,” Neely said in a press release. “Looking ahead, we aim not only to surpass revenue growth projections but also to lay the groundwork for an even more successful 2025.”

Based in Spain, Job&Talent ranks as the 33^rd-largest staffing firm in the world, according to SIA data.
