Ascend Staffing announced today that it acquired Employee Solutions, a provider of light industrial, clerical and warehouse staffing with nine offices in Texas, one in Arkansas and one in Oklahoma.

Plans call to move Employee Solutions to the Ascend brand. Terms of the transaction, which closed in January 2023, were not announced.

Ascend Staffing, based in North Salt Lake, Utah, is an industrial staffing provider and appeared on this year’s list of largest US staffing firms.
