QPS Employment Group, a Wisconsin-based staffing firm, promoted Mark Immekus to president and chief sales officer and Dan McNulty to president and chief operating officer.

Immekus joined QPS in 1986 and previously held the title of executive VP and CSO. Immekus oversees the company’s sales force and has been a key factor in growing QPS’s revenue, according to the firm.

McNulty’s former title was executive vice president and COO. He has been with the company for 27 years, and is instrumental to QPS’ expansion, both organically and through acquisitions.

Scott Mayer remains chairman and CEO and a member of the executive team.

“I can’t say enough about how important Mark and Dan have been to this organization,” Mayer said. “We each have our own strengths, which helps keep each other in check. That balance of knowledge, experience and personality has been a huge reason for our success over the years.”

QPS operates almost 50 locations throughout the Midwest and ranks on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest US industrial staffing firms.
