Denver-based Resolute Administrative Services makes staffing acquisition, names president

Resolute Administrative Services, a Denver-based provider of back-office support, workforce and consulting services for staffing firms and PEOs, acquired Confidential Career Solutions, a Texas-based staffing firm focused on the supply chain and logistics industries. Separately, Resolute also announced that Scot Goldfarb will serve as its president.
In the announcement on the acquisition, the company reported Confidential Career Solutions’ founder and President Rachel Hayden will serve as Resolute’s practice lead for its supply chain and logistics division. Confidential Career was founded in 2014.
“Having Rachel and Confidential Career Solutions join our family is truly exciting,” said Zachary Collier, CEO of Resolute Administrative Services. “With Rachel’s deep knowledge and industry experience, we know that great things will happen quickly.”
In the separate announcement, Resolute named Goldfarb president on Dec. 3. Goldfarb has 35 years of experience. Goldfarb was previously with C.O. Jones Recruiting and Consulting, which Resolute acquired in April.
