April 24, 2024

Premier Healthcare Holdings Inc. named healthcare industry veteran Buffy Stultz White as CEO, effective Feb. 1.

Her initial focus will be to enhance the current service offerings including travel, local, international, allied, rapid response and dialysis staffing as well as managed service provider customizable workforce planning solutions.

PHHI is headquartered in Cumming, Georgia, and privately funded by portfolio management company Proeza.

White will also drive operational efficiencies and expand the organization’s presence in key markets across its six subsidiaries including staffing firm Premier Healthcare Professionals; Adevia Health USA, an international nurse recruiting firm; Freedom Crisis Staffing; travel nurse staffing provider Freedom Healthcare Staffing; Corratel Healthcare, which specializes in clinicians and operations personnel; and Renal Reserve.

White has more than 25 years of senior management experience and previously was the group president for Cross Country Healthcare Inc. (NASDAQ: CCRN). She has been recognized on SIA’s Staffing 100 North America and Global Power 150 Women in Staffing lists.

“The healthcare industry is riddled with resource issues and looking for ways to provide services that optimize and offer alternatives to traditional contingent staffing,” White stated in a press release. “Healthcare organizations want a partner who will look at issues differently and consider a new approach, which is exactly what we plan to do.”
