Finkelman, Ph.D., C.P.E, is system-wide associate dean, professor and program director of Alliant International University's Marshall Goldsmith School of Management, Organizational Psychology Division. He served as a senior manager, consultant and expert in employment , staffing and human resources management for over two decades. He has had hundreds of retentions and depositions, and testified at trial 42 times.
Jonathan Troper, Ph.D., is the director of the Center for Innovation and Change and assistant professor at the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management at Alliant International University, where he teaches industrial organizational psychology at the masters and doctoral levels. He has served in a varitey of positions ranging from executive recruiter to staff director in for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. He has authored several publications and taught at the University of Southern California.
