Staffing Industry Pulse Survey
The Pulse provides a snapshot of revenue and operating trends in the US temporary staffing industry by skill sector, as well as for direct hire and retained search. It's a quick survey to complete (about 10-15 minutes), individual company data is kept confidential, and in exchange for participation, your staffing firm will receive the complete 25+ page report with insights on revenue trends, order trends, bill rate trends, recruiting/sales difficulty, and future outlook. The Pulse Survey is currently conducted every other month.

Staffing Industry Benchmarking Consortium
The Staffing Industry Benchmarking Consortium (SIBC) is managed by Staffing Industry Analysts, and consists of a group of staffing companies – large and small, privately-held and publicly-traded – who confidentially provide their company's financial and operating data so that they, in turn can access aggregated benchmarking data. It is specifically designed for staffing firm CEOs, owners, CFOs, board members, and other senior executives who want an ongoing, timely scorecard on how their specific company's financial and business performance compares to similar staffing companies.

The 2024 SIBC is now open. Corporate members who would like to participate should contact Michael Schultz at michael.schultz@staffingindustry.com. All responses are due by Friday, March 8th, 2024.

Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2023 Largest and Fastest-Growing Staffing Company Rankings and Opportunity Lists
Using an online application to participate in this survey enables your company to appear in Staffing Industry Analysts' rankings of the largest and fastest-growing staffing companies by region, country or sector, and/or appear in our reports on staffing firms looking to make an acquisition.

SIA NATHO Travel Nurse Benchmarking Survey 

On an annual basis, Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), in partnership with the National Association of Travel Healthcare Organizations (NATHO), conducts the SIA NATHO Travel Nurse Benchmarking Survey. SIA conducts this survey as an independent third party and invites staffing firms to submit their annual revenue and other travel nurse metrics including hours billed, wages, and gross margin, among other data. The 2023 benchmarking survey captured a majority of travel nurse revenue in the market and serves as a benchmark for firms to compare their performance against the industry. Only staffing firms that participate in the survey are eligible to receive the full benchmarking report.

Best Staffing Firms to Work For

The annual Best Staffing Firms to Work For program is open to companies with 10 or more employees in North America, UK and Ireland. The best companies will be identified based on the results of an employee engagement survey of staffing firm internal employees. SIA honors winners in a variety of size categories in Staffing Industry Review magazine, on dedicated websites and all winners including the Grand Prize Winners are announced at the Executive Forum North America. Participating staffing firms receive a complimentary report on employee satisfaction and engagement.

Talent Platforms are a rapidly evolving group of technology companies that enable hirers to find and engage independent workers, typically through a digital marketplace, to complete various types of work. Primarily of a contingent nature, work can be completed remotely or onsite.

2023 IT Staffing & Solutions Benchmarking Survey

This survey is designed to illuminate the trends and practices unique to the evolving industry segment. The survey improves visibility into the IT staffing market in the US and Canada by gathering data on volume and rates by skill or occupation. It also explores industry trends and practices with regard to VMS/MSP, statement-of-work (SOW) engagements and client market demand.

This is a confidential survey. Results are reported only in aggregate without identifying the participating firms. The survey is open to corporate members and non-members. Only firms that complete the survey will receive the full report of results, which will be a valuable resource for benchmarking your IT staffing practice against your peers.
