Will Buyers Bear Burden of Healthcare Costs?

In our 2012 Contingent Buyer Survey for North America, we asked contingent workforce managers what percent of increased costs due to healthcare reform they expect to absorb themselves (as opposed to their staffing suppliers). The respondents were quite optimistic: 62 percent reported that they do not expect to absorb any share of the costs. Futhermore, only 9 percent expect to absorb the majority of any increased costs.
