INSPYR deal brings together two large IT staffing firms

Inspyr Solutions acquired IT staffing provider Advantis Global in a deal announced Feb. 13. Advantis Global ranks as the 62nd-largest IT staffing firm in the US with more than $100 million in revenue, according to SIA data. It also ranks among the fastest-growing US staffing firms.

“This acquisition marks a significant step in our journey towards strategic expansion and advancement,” Dan Pollock, CEO of Advantis Global, said in a press release. “Combining forces with Inspyr Solutions opens up exciting opportunities to offer a wider range of technical solutions to the Advantis Global client base.”

Pollock noted Inspyr CEO Trent Beekman was a decisive factor in the deal, which closed Feb. 5.

“His vision for the future aligns perfectly with our goals of delivering enhanced IT service offerings to our world-class clients,” Pollock said.

Inspyr ranks No. 30 on the SIA’s Largest IT Staffing Firms list.

“Advantis Global has a long-standing track record of success in the technology and talent solutions industry as evidenced by the impressive portfolio of large technology clients the team has built over the years,” Beekman said. “Together, we will expand on that legacy by applying the resources of our combined organizations toward expanding our reach and providing enhanced services to our clients and consultants.”

Beekman was named CEO on Inspyr Solutions in a move announced in January. Inspyr also made several acquisitions in 2023, including ProTask and Ntelicor. Inspyr was created when TekPartners and Genuent Holdings LLC merged in 2022.

Inspyr is a portfolio company of private equity firm Alvarez and Marsal Capital. In 2021, Alvarez and Marsal Capital sold IT staffing provider ettain group Inc. to ManpowerGroup Inc.
