Specialized global workforce consulting firm QuantumWork Advisory acquired Talent Tech Labs, a research and advisory firm focused on talent acquisition technology. 

QuantumWork Advisory is part of Allegis Group, which ranks as the largest staffing firm in the US based on revenue. The acquisition aims to enhance offerings and expand research to cover technologies for all types of workforce management.

“This will uniquely position us to provide clients with a complete suite of workforce and WorkTech solutions, delivering unmatched value to our clients and setting new standards in the industry," Andrew Grant, managing partner of QuantumWork Advisory, stated in a press release.

The transaction closed March 29; terms were not disclosed. The Talent Tech Labs brand will remain and all employees were retained.

New York-based Talent Tech Labs has evaluated thousands of technologies in the talent acquisition space since it was founded two decades ago.
