Jo Matkin is the Global Workforce Solutions Research Director at SIA. She is the analyst and advisor to CWS Council members on global market developments across the entire spectrum of workforce solutions including MSP, RPO, VMS and Total Talent Management.

Jo has 13 years supplier-side industry experience at senior management level incorporating sales, implementation, contract management and leadership of MSP, RPO and talent solutions. Her industry knowledge spans government, transport, utilities, healthcare and financial services.

Jo was a management board member of the Institute for Collaborative Working for 5 years and secured the first BS11000 accreditation (now ISO44001) in the staffing industry. She remains an advocate of collaborative working as a business discipline.

Jo holds a B.A (Hons) in English Literature from Kingston University.
