Futuris Co. (OTCMKTS: FTRS), a staffing provider based in Rockville, Maryland, announced the acquisition of Los Angeles-based LotusUSA.

Founded in 2014, LotusUSA provides junior- to mid-senior-level IT and healthcare professionals to local, state and federal government agencies. It is a preferred vendor for the city of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County and the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power

“LotusUSA Inc. is a great asset to our portfolio of brands. Lotus has executed more than 326 contracts as of December 2020 to government agencies,” said Futuris President Kalyan Puthuri. “Lotus adds to our existing presence in California and will bring consolidation advantage to our existing portfolio. Lotus also has offshore proposal development capabilities, and we are excited for what the future holds for Futuris as a joint team.”

Among other services, LotusUSA provides staffing, process outsourcing services, technology solutions, engineering services and application development.
