Trigyn Technologies lands $50 million staffing contract with NYC Housing Authority

Trigyn Technologies Inc. announced a contract to supply general, professional and IT staffing to the New York City Housing Authority. The contract has a maximum fee of $50 million and contains a provision that allows the Housing Authority to increase the maximum fee to $125 million.

The contract covers 143 positions. Trigyn announced the contract in a regulatory filing.

It lasts for five years — Oct. 1, 2021, through Sept. 30, 2026. That includes an initial three-year term and two one-year options at the Housing Authority’s discretion.

Trigyn is based in Edison, New Jersey, but is traded on the National Stock Exchange of India.
