Ettain group announced the acquisition of INT Technologies, a veteran-owned IT staffing provider based in Mesa, Arizona, with teams stationed nationwide. INT was founded in 2000.
“INT brings deep and long-term relationships and a reputation for providing outstanding customer support,” ettain group CEO Trent Beekman said. “The joining of our teams will allow ettain group to continue to lead the industry as a respected and reliable partner and to provide unparalleled service to our customers.”
Charlotte, North Carolina-based ettain group ranks on SIA’s list of largest US staffing firms and is the 12th-largest IT staffing provider in the US. Ettain has 21 offices in the US and has been a portfolio company of Alvarez & Marsal Capital since 2019.
Terms of the INT Technologies deal were not announced. INT Group’s leader exited with the transaction.
In December, ettain group announced it had acquired Centerline Partners, a management consulting firm focused on the life sciences industry.
