IT staffing provider Diversant acquired Alliance of Computer Professionals, a Minneapolis-based IT staffing company.

Alliance of Computer Professionals has offices in Minneapolis and Atlanta, and the acquisition bolsters Diversant’s existing footprint in those markets.

The transaction, announced today, closed Feb. 25; Terms were not disclosed. The Alliance of Computer Professionals brand will transition into Diversant and the majority of ACP’s executives will remain with the company.

Alliance of Computer Professionals has annual revenue of $25 million.

Diversant, founded in 2005, operates 14 office locations and has clients in 46 states. It counts annual revenue of approximately $185 million and ranks on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest IT staffing firms in the US.
