Volt names new execs

Volt Information Sciences Inc. (NYSE MKT: VISI) promoted Rhona Driggs to president of Volt Consulting Group, Volt’s MSP service business. Volt also named former ManpowerGroup executive Jorge Perez as president of its Volt North American staffing business, and Juliana Su as president of its VMC Consulting Corp., which provides technology outsourcing services such as development, quality assurance testing and customer support.

The company also hired Sue Tidswell as senior VP sales of Volt Workforce Solutions; Ann Hollins as chief human resources officer; and Chuck Sperazza as chief information officer.

Driggs has more than 25 years of senior executive experience leading sales and operations in the staffing industry. Her most recent experience includes serving as senior VP of Volt Workforce Solutions North America, where she was responsible for all commercial and technical staffing offices. Driggs joined Volt as a regional manager in 1996.

Perez joins Volt following more than 20 years in the global staffing industry across the Americas, most recently with ManpowerGroup Inc. (NYSE: MAN). He began his career with Manpower in Mexico and most recently served as senior VP ManpowerGroup North America and a member of the company’s global leadership team.

Su has more than 25 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Volt, she served as managing partner for Etoile Consulting LLC, a strategic consulting firm to private and public sector companies. She also previously served as COO and global VP of emerging sectors at Openet, a provider of mobility software solutions.

Tidswell joins Volt from CRO Holdings, an executive search and consulting company that she founded in 2014. Her prior experience includes seven years as VP, general manager global sales for ManpowerGroup, where she led ManpowerGroup’s US sales practice. She also previously held senior leadership roles with RR Donnelley, including executive VP sales, and executive VP sales financial services.

Hollins fills a position vacated by a retirement. She most recently was chief human resources officer for Weight Watchers International. Prior to her role at Weight Watchers, she spent seven years in senior roles at Hess Corp., a global independent energy company, including global chief learning and development officer, and VP, human resources, marketing and refining. Before joining Hess, she held senior leadership roles at Tyco International, Dun & Bradstreet, and PepsiCo.

Sperazza fills a new position and joins Volt with over 25 years of experience in IT. He most recently was VP and CIO at Nature’s Sunshine, a nutritional supplement manufacturing company with business operations in 44 countries.
