The Delta Companies acquires Dallas-based Foreman Therapy Services

The Delta Cos. acquired Foreman Therapy Services, a Dallas-based, therapy-focused staffing company specializing in home health. The deal closed on March 6.

Nate Foreman, who founded Foreman Therapy Services in 2011, will remain with the company as executive VP of Foreman Therapy Services.

“This acquisition will allow us to accelerate achieving our company goals,” Foreman said.

An app produced by Foreman Therapy Services received an innovation award at SIA’s Healthcare Staffing Summit in 2016. Foreman also appeared on the Staffing 40 Under 40 in 2018.

For The Delta Cos., the deal brings additional technology solutions. Based in Dallas, The Delta Cos. ranks as the 28th-largest US healthcare staffing firm.

Terms of the transaction were not announced.
