London-based staffing firm Your World Recruitment Group completed the acquisitions of three businesses: Healthcare Solution Services, Robinson Medical Recruitment, and Medic Now.

Financial details for the acquisitions were not disclosed.

Healthcare Solutions Services, based in England, places healthcare staff into prisons and other secure settings. Lisa Eastwell, who founded the company, will stay on as managing director.

Scotland-based Robinson Medical Recruitment places temporary and permanent clinical staff and caregivers into NHS and private sector healthcare facilities throughout Scotland. The company was established 15 years ago and has offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Healthcare recruitment specialist Medic Now, founded in 2011 and also based in England, places paramedics and other ambulance staff into the NHS and the private sector.

Your World Recruitment Group was founded in 2005. It describes itself as a global staffing specialist, covering multiple industries around the world, including healthcare and business professionals.
