UK-based specialist engineering and technology recruiter Gattaca PLC appointed David Findley to the newly created position of executive VP of the US Group. Findley will focus on building the American market for Gattaca, growing the team and client base out of its Texas offices.

Findley most recently was senior VP at Randstad Engineering, responsible for sales, field operations and learning and development. He previously worked at MDI Group for 14 years, most recently as VP of sales.
