Japan-based ZIGExN Co., Ltd., which is focused on human resources, announced that it concluded an agreement to acquire the Minaoshi business of Minaoshi Co., Ltd, also based in Japan.

According to Market Screener, the price of the transaction is JPY 50 million (USD 330,254) and will be funded from cash on hand.

Minaoshi operates the lead generation site "Minaoshi" for Business to Business services. The site generates effective leads by having users with various job types and positions review services that are essential to business operations. Additionally the company said it features real-name reviews, ensuring a high level of reliability.

“In the future, we will aim to improve Minaoshi's performance by strengthening our customer referral power by utilizing our group's matching technology, further expanding our content, and developing new products that take advantage of this content,” ZIGExN stated.

Last month, ZIGExN announced that it acquired Teichaku Inc., via its subsidiary BrainLab.

ZIGExN Co.,Ltd. operates in two business segments. Its Life Media Platform segment is engaged in the development, operation and maintenance of media that integrate information from multiple online sites and paper media, specialised media that matches users and customers for specific industries and regions, as well as application service provider (ASP) services.

The Life Media Platform segment includes three fields: human resources field, real estate field and living field.  The Others segment is engaged in the plan, development, operation and maintenance of new development services centred on the user billing model, leveraging the knowledge of the existing life media platform business.
