Siamrajathanee, an employment agency based in Thailand, announced that it has entered into a preliminary memorandum of understanding for the acquisition of ADI Group, an IT outsourcing firm based in Thailand.

ADI group operates within information technology staff outsourcing, information technology consulting services, as well as payroll software and system development.

The group is comprised of four related companies, namely ADI Resourcing, ADI Recruitment, TP Consulting and ADI Consulting, which is based Singapore.

According to Siamrajathanee, the objective of the investment in ADI Group is to expand the company's business to be diversified and possess a broader customer base in order to meet the needs of the Thai market as well as expanding to foreign countries which the company says would be an opportunity to learn, develop, and exchange technology to enhance services.

The company will conduct a study, valuation, and due diligence on ADI Group, an if satisfactory, then it will proceed with full scale negotiations within the first quarter of the year 2022.
