TechnoPro Holdings Q1 revenue climbs 10.7% with profits up

TechnoPro Holdings Inc. (6028:TYO), a Tokyo-based provider of engineering staffing, reported revenue today of JPY 55.1 million (USD 370.6 million) in its fiscal second quarter ended 31 December 2023.

  • In the R&D Outsourcing Business, the group provides engineer dispatch and contract assignment services in technological fields

  • In the Other Businesses in Japan segment, the group provides professional recruitment services and education and training services in engineering.
  • In Overseas Business, the group provides technical outsourcing and professional recruitment services in China, engineer dispatch services and contracted R&D operations in Southeast Asia and India (including offshore delivery services to customers in the US, Europe, and Japan), and engineer dispatch and professional recruitment services in the UK.

The group also posted revenue of JPY 108.0 billion for the six months ended 31 December 2023, up 10.2% over the year.

Looking ahead, the company forecasted revenue of JPY 220.0 billion (USD 1.48 billion) for the year ended 30 June 2024.

TechnoPro Holdings shares closed at JPY 3,590.00 (USD 24.14), up 0.93% on the day and 8.07% below its 52-week high of JPY 3,905.00 (USD 26.26), set on 9 February 2023. The company has a market cap of JPY 381.67 billion (USD 2.56 billion).
