K2 Partnering Solutions, a UK-based consultative technology solutions firm, announced the acquisition of Astbury Marsden APAC PTE LTD.

Astbury Marsden APAC is a Singapore-based international recruitment firm that specialises in technology, transformation, governance and technical services.

The acquisition will expand K2’s existing footprint in the Asia Pacific region.

Financial details were not disclosed.

K2 was established in 1997 and is headquartered in London. The company has a talent services segment which includes staffing services as well as managed services.
