Japanese staffing firm S-Pool (2471: JP) reported revenue today for the six months ended 31 May 2023 of JPY 13.13 billion (USD 90.9 million), a fall of 3.9% compared with the same period last year.

The business solutions segment saw revenue climb by 27.5% over the year. Revenue in the human resource solution business was down 20.3%
Founded in 1999, S-Pool is headquartered in Tokyo and provides outsourcing services as well as temporary staffing services in the sales and marketing and office support/secretarial support sectors.
Looking ahead the group forecasted revenue of JPY 28.28 billion (USD 195.94 million) for the year ended November 2023.
S-Pool shares closed at JPY 551.00 (USD 3.82), down 0.90% on the day and 6.58% above its 52-week low of JPY 517.00 (USD 3.58), set on 30 June 2023. The company has a market cap of JPY 43.93 billion (USD 304.37 million).
