Ramssol Group Q1 revenue and profits rise, appoints COO

Ramssol Group, a Malaysia-based HR solutions provider, reported revenue today of MYR 14.4 million (USD 3.0 million) for the first quarter ended 31 March 2024, an increase of 123.4%.

The Board of Directors of Ramssol also announced that Liew Yu Hoe, the acting chief operating officer has been re-designated to chief operating officer of Ramssol Group Berhad with effect from 23 April 2024.

The group’s subsidiaries are principally involved in the provision of business digitalization, automation, human capital management (HCM) solutions, student management solutions, IT staff augmentation services, and related technology applications. Its IT staff augmentation services cover the recruitment and supply of IT professionals for internal IT projects on fixed contractual periods.

Ramssol Group shares closed today at MYR 0.46 (USD 0.09), no change on the day and 14.81% below its 52-week high of MYR 0.540 (USD 0.11), set on 4 October 2023. The company has a market cap of MYR 146.72 million (USD 30.7 million).
