Japanese HR firm Will Group (6089:TYO), which focuses on temporary staffing, business contracting and recruitment, reported revenue on today of JPY 143.93 billion (USD 1.07 billion) for the full year ended 31 December 2022, an increase of 9.8% when compared to the same period a year prior.

Will Group is engaged in the human resource business focusing on temporary staffing, business contracting and recruitment. The group operates in seven segments: Sales Outsourcing, Call Centre Outsourcing, Factory Outsourcing, Nursing Care Domain Support, Overseas HR, Others (Japan) and a recently added segment - Start-up Human Resources Support Business.
The Domestic Working Business saw revenue rise 4.2% year-on-year. The Overseas Working Business revenue went up by 18.0% year-on-year. Revenue in the Others segment rose by 40.5%.
Will Group shares closed at JPY 1,108.00 (USD 8.23), up 0.91% on the day and 9.81% above its 52-week low of JPY 1,009.00 (USD 7.49), set on 6 April 2023. The company has a market cap of JPY 25.19 billion (USD 187.1 million).
