Japanese staffing firm S-Pool (2471: JP) reported revenue today for the full year ended 30 November 2022 of JPY 26.65 billion (USD 203.8 million), an increase of 7.2% compared with the same period last year.

The group said net income decreased due to the recording of a loss on valuation of investment securities.
Revenue in the Business Solutions segment, which supports the utilisation of latent labour force such as seniors and people with disabilities, reported an increase of 32.6%. Revenue in the human resources outsourcing services was down 3.8%.
Founded in 1999, S-Pool is headquartered in Tokyo and provides outsourcing services as well as temporary staffing services in the sales and marketing and office support/secretarial support sectors.
Looking ahead the group forecasted revenue of JPY 28.28 billion (USD 216.3 million) for the year ended 30 November 2022.
S-Pool set a new 52-week low during Wednesday's trading session when it reached JPY 631.00 (USD 4.83). Over this period, the share price is down -35.42%. The group last traded at JPY 682.00 (USD 5.22), up 6.90% on the day. The company has a market cap of JPY 50.41 billion (USD 385.6 million).
