Nisso Corporation (6569: TYO), a Japanese human resources firm providing staffing services, reported revenue today of JPY 77.55 billion (USD 604.0 million) for the full year ended 31 March 2022, an increase of 13.7% compared to the same period last year.

Nisso operates in two segments: human resources and other business. The integrated talent service business operates a manufacturing talent service, such as manufacturing dispatching and manufacturing contracting, as well as administrative talent service, such as general office dispatching and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). The Other business operates nursing care and welfare projects, such as facility nursing care and home care.
On January 2022, the group announced that it is establishing a joint venture with Tsunagu Holdings, Japan-based company offering recruitment related services. As part of the joint venture, the firms have resolved to conclude an agreement for a third-party allotment of shares to Tsunagu HC Support Inc., a consolidated subsidiary of Tsunagu Group Holdings. The name of the joint venture is LeafNxT.
Looking ahead, the company forecasted revenue of JPY 88.60 billion (USD 690.12 million) for the year ended March 2023.
