Japan-based HR services firm Mirai Works announced that it has acquired a 100% stake in Hive Co Ltd., a company also based in Japan.

Hive, founded in 2015, is involved in website design production and operation system development as well as an employment placement business.

Financial details were not disclosed.

“By combining our track record of creating opportunities for diverse challenges for professional human resources with Hive's unique creator network, we will be able to contribute to the expansion of creators' career options and our vision of ‘creating an ecosystem where professional human resources can take on challenges’,” Mirai Works stated.
