Human Holdings Co. Ltd. (2415:JP), a provider of human resource and employment services in Japan, announced it will dissolve and liquidate its subsidiary Human Touch, reports Nikkei Business Trends. The liquidation is scheduled to be completed after October 2021. Human Touch was providing paid employment placement services, but on 1 May 2021, it transferred its entire business to Human Resocia, a subsidiary of Human Holdings. As there is no prospect of conducting business activities in the future, it has decided to dissolve and liquidate.
