Japan – Hirayama Holdings revenue up 15.4% with boost from temporary staffing business

Hirayama Holdings Co. Ltd. (7781:TYO), a Tokyo-based provider of engineering and manufacturing staffing and outsourcing, yesterday reported revenue rose 15.4% year over year in the first nine months of its fiscal year to 31 March 2023.

The company is mainly engaged in outsourcing and technology staffing.

Revenue was up 12.9% in the temporary staffing business. The technician dispatch business saw revenue rise by 23.1%. Revenue in the overseas business (Thailand and Vietnam) increased by 26.6%.

Looking ahead the company forecasted revenue of JPY 32.0 billion (USD 235.7 million) for the year ended 30 June 2023.

Hirayama shares closed yesterday at JPY 806.00 (USD 5.94), down 0.37% on the day. The company has a market cap of JPY 6.17 billion (USD 45.4 million).
