Geechs Inc. (7060:TYO), a Tokyo-based firm that provides IT staffing, announced today that it has revised its full year forecast for the year ended 31 March 2023.

The revenue forecast was upgraded to JPY 16.00 billion (USD 119.3 million) from JPY 15.90 billion (USD 118.6 million). Operating income was also revised upward to JPY 585 million (USD 4.3 million) from JPY 450 million (USD 3.3 million).

However, the company downgraded its net income forecast to JPY 230 million (USD 1.7 million) from the previously forecasted of JPY 260 million (USD 1.9 million).

The company said, “In light of recent business trends, we have revised the earnings forecast.”

On November 2022, Geechs Inc. announced plans to acquire a 70% stake in Launch Group Holdings Pty. Ltd., a provider of IT staffing based in Sydney, Australia.
