Japan-based staffing firm Fullcast Holdings announced last week that it acquired 100% of the shares of Tokyo-based Hayfield Co Ltd.

Heyfield Co., Ltd. is a temporary staffing firm specialising in the real estate industry.

The price of the transaction was not disclosed.

Fullcast stated that the impact of this acquisition on the consolidated business results of the company is minor.

Fullcast reported revenue last month of JPY 15.27 billion (USD 118.0 million) for the first quarter ended 31 March 2022, a 41.2% increase compared to last year.
