Japan – Crie Anabuki H1 revenue slides 1.8%, but profits up

Japanese HR services provider Crie Anabuki (4336: JP) reported revenue for the six months ended 30 September 2020 of JPY 3.13 billion (USD 29.7 million), a decrease of 1.8% compared to the same period last year.

Crie Anabuki is mainly engaged in the human resource service-related business. The Human Resource Dispatching segment is involved in the provision of temporary staffing services, with the Outsourcing segment providing staff placement. Human Resource Introduction provides fee-charging employment services and temp-to-perm services. The Re-employment services provide support to retired persons and employment adjustment consulting services for companies.

Looking ahead the company forecasted revenue of JPY 6.23 billion (USD 59.0 million) for the year ended 31 March 2021.

Shares in Crie Anabuki closed today at JPY 560.00 (USD 5.31), up 1.82% on the day and 69.18% above the 52 week low of JPY 331.00 (USD 3.14) set on 23 March 2020. The company has a market cap of JPY 1.39 billion (USD 13.2 million).
