Career Co., Ltd, (6198:JP), a Japanese HR services firm, reported revenue for the full year ending 30 September 2022 of JPY 16.34 billion (USD 117.2 million), up 15.2% when compared to the same period last year.

Career Co is mainly engaged in the provision of senior human resources for an ageing society. The senior work business provides temporary staffing, recruitment of senior human resources for building maintenance, bed-making, office work, logistics, qualified personnel and other fields.
Revenue in the senior work business increased by 12.5% over the year. Revenue in the senior care business was up 16.2% year-on-year.
Looking ahead the company has a market cap of JPY 18.00 billion (USD 129.2 million) for the year ended 30 September 2023.
