Japanese technical staffing firm Altech Corp. (4641:JP) reported revenue yesterday for the first quarter ended 31 March 2023 of JPY 11.14 billion (USD 82.8 million), an increase of 10.4% when compared to the same period last year.

Altech Corporation, together with its subsidiaries, provides professional staffing services in the technical sector, primarily in Japan. The company also offers total staffing solutions for the healthcare sector and operates and manages private residential homes with nursing care.
Revenue in the outsourcing Service business was up 7.4% year on year. The global business, which is involved in the design, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of overseas plant facilities, machinery, equipment, etc., was up 59.2% year on year.
Altech Corp forecasted revenue of JPY 46.60 billion (USD 346.5 million) for the year ended 31 December 2023.
Altech Corp shares closed at JPY 2,559.00 (USD 19.03), down 0.31% on the day and 2.48% below its 52-week high of JPY 2,624.00 (USD 19.51), set on 25 April 2023. The company has a market cap of JPY 55.82 billion (USD 415.07 million).
