JP Holdings, a Japan-based company offering nursery services and real estate services, announced it has acquired One’s Will, a company that offers worker dispatching as well as employment placement for foreign workers.

The price of the transaction was not disclosed. The effective date of the transaction is 31 January 2024.

Established in 2019, One’s Will is also based in Japan. Among the services provided include a worker dispatch business, an employment placement business and foreign technical intern training. It also handles work visas.

According to JP Holdings, with the acquisition of One’s Will, the group will be able to acquire specialised human resources such as childcare workers and will utilise talented human resources from overseas, in order to respond to the government's measures to counter the declining birth rate.

“As a further growth strategy for our group, we will proactively promote M&A to create new businesses, quickly generate profits, and expand existing businesses,” JP Holdings stated.
