Info Edge, the Indian job board, announced that Redstart Labs (India) Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has agreed to invest approximately INR 9.89 million (USD 120,103) in India-based Brainsight Technology Private Limited.

Brainsight is engaged in the business of healthcare technology, where it uses AI enabled applications to provide evidence-based treatment hooks for neurosurgeons, psychiatrists and neurologists; and a private and empathetic digital aid for patients, and related business activities.

Brainsight is an existing investee company wherein Redstart holds 4% on a fully converted & diluted basis. This follow-on investment by Info Edge through Redstart is in furtherance of company’s investment strategy, which includes making external financial investments that are focused on value creation in the medium to long term.

Info Edge also announced that Allcheckdeals India Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the company has agreed to invest INR 1 million (USD 12,143) in its wholly-owned subsidiary Interactive Visual Solutions Private Limited (IVSPL).

IVSPL has been engaged in providing software consultancy and supply including activities in connection with analysis, design and programming of systems ready to use. The said investment is being done to meet certain corporate expenses of IVSPL.
