Apolis USA, a global IT consultancy firm based in the US, announced the acquisition of Xpert Conexions, a staffing and recruitment firm in India.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Apolis said the acquisition and its synergy will combine the international best practices of Apolis USA with the high-end cross-industry expertise and innovative practices of Xpert Conexions.

The acquisition will Apolis expand its footprint in India with the new entity being named as Apolis Consulting Pvt Ltd.

In addition to IT consulting, Apolis, provides recruitment and staffing services in ERP (enterprise resource planning) & Managed Services to Fortune 500 and small to midsize businesses headquartered in the US.
