Indian staffing firm Quess Corp announced that the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the appointment of Kamal Pal Hoda as Group CFO (Designate) with immediate effect.

Current Group CFO, N Ravi Vishwanath will retire in 2023 and as part of the succession plan, Pal Hoda will assume the role of Group CFO with requisite Board’s approval.

Pal Hoda is a chartered accountant and has held strategic positions with conglomerates leading large finance teams and also played a pivotal role in the implementation of various Finance ERPs and digital initiatives in his work experience. Before joining Quess, he was the Chief Financial Officer for the Hindustan Zinc (a Vedanta Group Company) Mining Business.

On August 2022, the group reported revenue for the first quarter ended 30 June 2022. Revenue increased by 33% to INR 39.79 billion (USD 402.8 million).
