Nearly three-quarters (74%) of employees in India say they want more flexible remote work options, while at the same time, 73% of them also crave more in-person time with their teams, reports Business Standard, citing data from Microsoft India’s Work Trend Index. To prepare for this 73% of business decision makers are considering redesigning physical spaces to better accommodate hybrid work environments. Meanwhile, almost 62% of India’s workforce (including 51% of Gen Z employees) want to switch jobs this year.
