Bengaluru continues to be the top Tier-1 city in India for hiring across industries and most levels of experience, according to a survey by Randstad shared exclusively with The Economic Times. The survey provides insights across the four sectors of banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI); manufacturing; information technology (IT); and pharma, healthcare and life-sciences. It also analyses trends across eight Tier-1 cities, 18 Tier-2 cities, and more than 1,00,000 jobs across experience levels. "Our data show encouraging spikes in talent demand for digital-driven industries across key cities and this year too, Bengaluru's position as the hotspot for job seekers hasn't changed," said Viswanath PS, managing director & CEO, Randstad India.
