International executive search firm Pedersen & Partners yesterday announced the opening of a new office in Hong Kong. The opening represents the firm’s 53rd wholly-owned office globally and the eighth office in Asia, in addition to Bangkok, Jakarta, Mumbai, New Delhi, Shanghai, Singapore, and Ulaanbaatar.

He  will be supported by Caroline Lim, who joins the firm in her role of Client Partner and Head of Legal, Compliance and Regulatory & Corporate Governance in Asia-Pacific.

Ms Lim commented: “Pedersen & Partners’ business growth and development has been impressive, especially in Asia. As a leading international financial centre and a major business hub in the region, I’m enthusiastic about joining their global team in Hong Kong. I look forward to contributing to the growth and reputation of the firm.”

“Like most of our customers, we believe that Hong Kong will be one of the cornerstones for our growth and we are proud to have Caroline joining our team. After more than 20 years of working in the region, she has built an extensive network of senior executives and unrivalled experience within the legal, compliance and regulatory sector in Asia, which will be a strong asset for our clients’ development strategies in the region,” says Gautier Vasseur. “Caroline is a great fit for our values of trust, professionalism, relationship – and she is definitely the right person to raise the profile of Pedersen & Partners in Hong Kong”.
