Workforce solutions company Pontoon, a subsidiary of global recruitment giant Adecco, announced an appointment to its European, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) leadership team as well as a role expansion for the organisation’s global CFO.

Adrian Cross will join Pontoon as the Senior Vice President of EMEA Operations. Mr Cross will lead the company’s operational development and delivery of MSP and RPO programs in EMEA. Mr Cross previously worked at hyphen, an Adecco Group company, for over 13 years. He served in a wide array of roles within hyphen, managing the operations and implementation functions prior to his appointment into the Chief Operating Officer role in 2011.

As part of Pontoon’s EMEA alignment, Global CFO, Nicole Burth will expand her role and she will assume additional leadership responsibilities, including client delivery and relationship management. Based in Zurich, Ms Burth joined Adecco Group in 2005 and served in the M&A, operations, and investor relations departments, as well as CFO of Adecco Solutions prior to her appointment as CFO of Pontoon. Ms Burth previously worked as an investment banker with a business service industry focus.
