Renrui Human Resources Technology (6919: HKG), a mainland China-based flexible staffing service provided a voluntary business update yesterday.

The group said it has been focusing on the development of its flexible staffing services business segment and the ‘continuous recruitment of comprehensive flexible staffing employees to provide services to clients.’

Renrui also announced that the number of the group’s comprehensive flexible staffing employees has increased from 46,985 as at 31 July 2021 to 49,321 as at 31 August 2021, representing an increase of 2,336 or 5.0%.

Year-on-year, the number of comprehensive flexible staffing employees as at 31 August 2021 represents an increase of 16,031 or a growth rate of approximately 48.2% as compared to 33,290 comprehensive flexible staffing employees as of 31 August 2020.

The group said it will continue to strengthen its position in the flexible staffing industry in China by providing quality services to its clients.

Last week, Renrui announced that it agreed to acquire two China-based staffing providers, Jiangnan Finance Technology (Changzhou) Co. Ltd. and Shanghai Lingshi Human Resources Services Ltd.
