Australia – LiveHire full year revenue rises 32% with boost from Direct Sourcing and SaaS businesses

LiveHire (LVH:ASX), an Australia-based direct-sourcing platform provider announced on 29 August its revenue from continuing operations totalled AUD 7.3 million (USD 4.9 million) for the year ended 30 June 2022, an increase of 32% compared to the same period last year.

“As the challenges from the global pandemic subsided toward the end of our financial year, our revenue was up 32% to AUD 7.3 million (USD 4.9 million) in FY 2022 vs AUD 5.5 million (USD 3.7 million) in FY 2021, the group stated.

Total revenue from Direct Sourcing stood at AUD 2.0 million (USD 1.3 million), up 41% over the year, which was supported by investment in the US team which grew from 3 to 11 staff during the year.

The group’s SaaS (software-as-a-service) continued to grow and gain traction through product-market fit in Australia and New Zealand. Revenue was up 29% to AUD 5.3 million (USD 3.6 million).

Earlier this year LiveHire signed a Master Services Agreement with ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions LLC (Tapfin) to offer LiveHire’s direct sourcing solution to Tapfin clients across North America. Tapfin, a division of ManpowerGroup, provides managed service solutions to global enterprise and super enterprise clients.

Looking ahead, the group stated, “Our strong momentum going into FY23 and watershed agreement with Tapfin ensures LiveHire is in a leading position to take advantange of the growing market opportunity in North America in Direct Sourcing.

LiveHire shares closed on Monday at AUD 0.27 (USD 0.18), no change on the day. The company has a market cap of AUD 85.95 million (USD 58.44 million).
