Australia-based Freelancer (FLN: ASX) reported net revenue for the six months ending 30 June 2021 of AUD 27.8 million (USD 20.4 million), down 5.7% compared to the same period last year.

H1 revenue for the Freelancer segment stood at AUD 22.7 million (USD 16.6 million), down 11.5% over the same period last year. The group’s Escrow business saw revenue increase by 33.7% over the same period last year.
Freelancer reported Gross Payment Volume stood at AUD 566 million (USD 415.4 million), up 35.9% on H1 2020.
Shares in Freelancer closed at AUD 0.87, down 7.45% on the day and 93.33% above the 52 week low of AUD 0.45 (USD 0.33) set on 31 August 2020. The company has a market cap of AUD 96.48 million (USD 70.82 million).
